Well-lit entry. Whether for business or pleasure, guests enjoy room to spread out with the comforts of home . Server with coffee, tea, small frig and utensils. (No kitchen) Quiet, midtown neighborhood. Make sure 'quiet after 11' (settled in or walking softly) works for you. It's not for everyone!

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway.
