Welcome to Coastal Marsh Condo in St. James! 2B/2B - main w/King, Rainfall Showers, & Screened Porch on ground level with easy parking steps away. Our condo is a cozy mix of modern comforts & contemporary coastal charm. Southport (8 miles ~ 15 min) is a delightful coastal town where the river meets the sea and provides an abundance of fresh seafood, charming shops, alluring local artist galleries, & stunning water views. Oak Island (6 miles ~ 15 min) has an amazing wide beach for you to enjoy!

Salty Cabana-1 block to the beach!

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front.
