De Loft is 110 m2 groot en ligt aan de rand van het dorp 's-Gravenvoeren.

Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps. It has a walk-in-shower.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

Amoureux de Tilff et de sa région, nous avons souhaité protéger le patrimoine régional en vous proposant de découvrir «L’Écluse Simon », un lieu unique construit par l’Architecte Georges Hobé et dont nous sommes tombés amoureux. Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.

Environnement nature idéal pour un séjour bucolique et reposant. -prix diminué pour 3 nuits ou + (hors fériés et congés) -pour 2 voyageurs, le prix comprend l'utilisation d'une seule chambre, si vous souhaitez utiliser les 2 chambres, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé -(attention, le chalet n'est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants de-12ans)

Venez profiter du calme de la nature dans ce logement fraichement rénové et perdu dans une clairière de 6 hectares, elle-même entourée d'un bois de 50 hectares où vous pourrez aller vous promener. Avec un peu de chance, vous verrez du gibier la matin ou en prenant l'apéro sur la terrasse extérieur. Profitez aussi du jacuzzi extérieur et du sauna, en toute tranquillité :-)

Prachtige moderne loft in voormalige dorpsschool. Met een ruime, goed uitgeruste leefkeuken, eet- en zithoek en op het entresol bevindt zich het slaapvertrek. Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op het kasteeltje. In een half uur rijden ben je in Maastricht, Liege, Spa of Aachen voor een stadsbezoek.
