Inside find bright spaces, full log beams, and a hobbiton feel; open concept living area with fully stocked kitchen, table, bunk beds, large couch, TV and Wi-Fi; bedroom with queen bed and stowed air mattress; full bath; play room. Located on 1.5 acres surrounded by a mixture of hardwood and evergreen forest, adjacent to the Woodlands Resort on Plum Lake. In the winter, you have direct access to the nearly 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by the Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile club, via Woodlands Resort and accessing the trail system on Plum Lake. Plum Lake is 1000 acre, full recreational lake in Vilas County. Our tiny house is not on water but has 22' of sandy beach, lake access a short walk away.

Condo on Plum Lake

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

Farmhouse Cottage on Lake Minocqua

Our cottage on Lake Minocqua is ideally located to enjoy the walkability and atmosphere of island life! Keep your boat at our pier during your stay and enjoy the chain of lakes, stroll around town, or simply sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. We made great efforts to restore the character of our cottage by salvaging and refinishing much or the original woodwork, while modernizing some features for a comfortable experience! We think you'll love this island gem!

Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
