Within walking distance to the local beach & restaurants. Spend a day in Newport & your night relaxing by the firepit, play a game or watch TV. We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

"Great location and super clean!! Roof deck was great as well" (Thalia May 2021) This suite has it all! You will love all the nooks and crannies along with a great view of the P-Town Monument. Large private room located in the Basement of a single family home. The home is conveniently located less than one minute from route 3 half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The room has a full size bed, and a euro lounger that can be used to relax and watch TV or reclyned for sleeping. There is a kitchenette located in the room which has a Fridge with top freezer, a microwave and a Keurig . The private bath is located inside the bedroom. Cool off in the pool during summer months.
