Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Adatto ad amanti della musica e di coloro che si adattano a fare un po' ginnastica lungo i nostri tipici passaggi liguri, se non si usa l'auto. 5minute beach on foot, through typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

The villa renovated at the end of 2024 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.
