This one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment features a 75in TV, high speed internet, a king sized bed, and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also features off street parking. For an additional cost, an extra twin beds can be set up in the living room.

Plenty to do around town or hiking in the nearby hills, then take in a soak at world famous Lava Hot Springs. The TV has a Roku, so you gotta bring your own codes and passwords to stream movies. Wireless Internet is up and running. Everything is on one level, but there are a couple of steps up to the front door.

Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed.
