Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. The apartment is very close to the most famous beach in Split, Bačvice. It's about 600 meters or 7 min walking distance, or less. The apartment is situated very close to the city center, the Old town. Walking time is around 10-12 minutes, and the road takes you directly to the Old town (and the farmer's market). You can check out the distances in the photo gallery. Also, we have very fast Wi-Fi (around 100 Mbps) and an office table with a comfortable office chair - ideal for digital nomads

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
