Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

Bienvenue à "La maison d'Eugénie", totalement rénovée en 2025, parfaite pour accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Située à proximité du centre ville (15 mn à pieds de la place de la Brèche) et de toutes les commodités, elle dispose d'une grande chambre à l'étage et d'un espace extérieur pour profiter des soirées paisibles. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Tout est compris ! Arrivée autonome grâce à une boite à clés. Stationnement facile et gratuit au pied de la maison.

*Bienvenue à la Cabana* Petit logement climatisé pour passer un bon moment, situé dans une impasse du vieux Saint Jean d'Angely, avec place de parking. Vous y trouverez un jacuzzi de grande taille, un lit king size 180*200, une télé de 146cm parfait pour vos soirées en amoureux! Dans la SDB, une grande douche avec ciel de pluie. La chambre sous les combles avec un velux au-dessus du lit est accessible via une échelle de meunier. Petite nouveauté: Une table de massage est mise à disposition.

Le P'Tivoli - Maison centre historique

Idéalement situé, Porte Palzaize, au centre historique de Clisson, à quelques pas des commerces et à deux pas d'une boulangerie, cave à vin, tabac-presse et restaurant. La gare SNCF se situe à 10 mn à pieds. Proximité des sentiers pédestres et activités de tourisme (canoës, paddle). A 20 mn de Nantes en train, 30 mn du Puy du Fou, 50 mn des plages. L'arrivée et le départ se font en toute autonomie grâce à une boîte à clé. Maison non fumeur, nos amis les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.
