A wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

Excellent local buses and Boscombe and Pokesdown train station to and from London. Free on road parking readily available. Shops, pubs and restaurants near by. A quiet back room overlooking the garden. 1 mile from Bournemouth hospital. Close to the University and athletics stadium, Bournemouth football stadium and start for the Bournemouth marathon.

We are close to public transport & also within easy reach to Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Jurassic Coast, Poole & Hamworthy Park, Upton House & Sandbanks. Poole town is 5 miles away. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.
