Unique Historic Stay in Pembrokeshire @AlbroCastle

Cosy cottage (Pen Lon Las) is part of the east wing of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property about three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a stunning landscape with far-reaching views. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. Much of the hot water is solar heated. Our homely wooden cabin is an addition to our 4 acer smallholding, tucked down a quiet lane just a couple of minutes drive from Cardigan. Golygfa, meaning ‘nice view’ is a name of our home that is on top of a little hill overlooking the Teifi gorge. Stunning views towards the Preseli hills, just a stones throw from Poppit Sands and Mwnt beach.
