Where else can you stand on the front step of a little piece of history, with an avenue of giant Norfolk Pines to the right, the delight of all that a town has to offer at your back, and the long sandy beaches and roar of the Southern Ocean over the dunes in front of you? Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.
