Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). We hope you enjoy your vacation and will help guide you through our little paradise.

Single Family Home, Huge Heated Pool & Spa

Stay away from the crowded condos and enjoy relaxing in your own beautifully decorated space. The heated pool is HUGE (15x30) and was built new in 2022 along with the hot tub. There is still plenty of soft grassy space in the fenced backyard for your dogs! Inside, the freshly renovated interior is an inviting place to relax. Challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard, or watch the game on the 65" big screen while seated on the luxury real leather sofa.

Beach House Steps Away From The Ocean

This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy spacious balconies with partial views of both the Gulf and the bay, perfect for catching the island’s famous fireworks shows. (Permit Number: 2023-0098) Pets are welcome but must be included on the guest list.

The Opal Wave is a 3-bdrm, 3.5 bath private home with a private sparkling pool which is heated during colder months. It has two stories and plenty of space to accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably. Its central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more, making it perfect for vacation or family retreat!

This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
