Private fenced in backyard. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Less than a mile from boat dock and beach. I accept pets. There is a 50.00 fee that needs to be paid at booking.

This is the full ground level and privacy fenced backyard with pool of a home. There is an upstairs apt for use by owners only with zero shared spaces/connection between levels. ALL PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY CONTACTING OWNER, FEE TBD.
