Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Puget Sound, Blake Island, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle from one of two decks off of the main floor. In cooler weather, the front sun deck is the perfect spot for happy hour or just relaxing. Take a short walk down the hill to visit the hamlet of Manchester. There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.

The Carriage House is attached to the owner-occupied house by a shared wrap-around porch. As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve. You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

Sleep in a king bed with a comfortable 12 in mattress and 2 types of pillows. Wake up and have pancakes and syrup with coffee or tea. 1.4 miles away from the Art District and 1.6 miles away from the Ferry Terminal.

Short driving distance to the Illahee port and Illahee state park. Wake to views of Port Orchard Bay and take in the views while enjoying coffee on the deck or at the dining table.
