Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes. This large modern and light apartment is located within the Roc Hotel complex.( hotel closed mid Nov - mid March) It comfortably sleeps 4 people, comes fully equipped and guests benefit from the use of all hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, steam room, roof-top solarium, direct access to the sea with a short walk to a sandy beach. **PLEASE note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.**

Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
