Our Beverly Shores home is a newly-renovated turn of the century farmhouse in beautiful Beverly Shores, Indiana. Only minutes from Lake Michigan, the Indiana Dunes National and State Parks, and the South Shore train station. (90 minute ride from Chicago!) The home features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a fire pit, and plenty of space for a group of friends or a family. Close to outdoor activities for all - swimming, hiking, biking cross-country skiing, bird watching, leaf-peeping, etc.

Pontoon INCLUDED in all rentals May 2026-Sept 2026! No extra fees for unlimited use of private pontoon, pier, paddle boards and more!! Rental price of our lakefront house includes the pontoon, deck, yard and endless activities!! Take the pontoon for a cruise, fish, swim, paddle board, kayak, watch the wildlife or have a bonfire!! Near beach, casino, dunes and an easy drive to Chicago, Michigan and Notre Dame! Walkable to South Shore Train (Chicago). Features: Signature deck with gas grill, hot tub, outdoor shower, dining table, lounge area and fire pit. Luxury lower level with its own living area, tv, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bar and laundry. Upstairs features an open kitchen/dining room with gas fireplace, separate living room, full bathroom with dual shower heads, a master suite and two bunkbed rooms.

Private Cottage in Gated Nudist Community

We offer a private cottage on the grounds of Lake O the Woods Club. Cottage has Queen size bed, air conditioning, heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, work/dining area, private deck and porta-potty. Payment of club daily grounds fee ($30-$60) is mandatory. Pricing on club website. There is no running water in the cottage. Bathrooms, showers, hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are available at the clubhouse and pool area . The cottage is sanitized after every rental.

Tiny House in Gated Nudist Community

We offer a private tiny house on the grounds of the Lake O' The Woods Club. There is an outhouse right outside the tiny house. The cottage has a full size bed, a heater, water heater/cooler, toaster oven and coffee maker. It has a dining table with two benches (seats 4) and a small patio. Bathrooms, showers, hot tub, sauna and pool are available at the clubhouse and pool area with payment of the grounds fee ($40-60). NUDITY IS REQUIRED WHEN SWIMMING IN THE LAKE, POOL, HOT TUB or SAUNA!

The House Near The Lakes

Relax with the beautiful nature surroundings at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy your visit to NWI at this beautiful cottage with vaulted ceilings. It is the perfect space to relax and unwind. When requested for an additional fee, children items are available (hatch sound machine, pack and play, , bed bumpers, baby bath support and or high chair. This location is close the to Indiana National Lakeshore(17 minutes), downtown Valparaiso(7 minutes), and right next to Long Lake.

Escape the everyday with a relaxing stay at this cozy cottage located on Flint Lake! Hot tub, pontoon boat, fire pit, gas fireplace, tv, lake front, canoe, kayak, sauna, grill and more. This charming property is lake front with a small 50ft beach area and dock. Use of 2018 Sylvan pontoon boat, canoe, and kayak are included. You will love the lake life. Please note the pontoon boat is only available in season from May 1st to October 1st.

This is a rustic cottage with old world charm. There are 2 fireplaces,. The home sits on a hill overlooking the channel that leads to Flint Lake. - Pet free -May not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. - Earth friendly cleaning products - Private beach & park access - Easy access to city center & university - One hour from downtown Chicago - National Lakeshore and Dunes State Park nearby - Wood fireplaces (winter only!)

Our family oriented Club is open from mid May to mid September for an additional daily grounds fee $ 60 paid directly to the facility. You will have access to the lake, trails, heated pool, hot tub, sauna etc. Walk the trails, kayak the lake or just relax by the heated pool or hot tub. NUDITY IS REQUIRED in the main areas at the clubhouse and WHEN SWIMMING IN THE LAKE, POOL, HOT TUB or SAUNA!
