Delightful one bedroom log cabin

Get away from it all when you stay in a very special, cozy log cabin in a beautiful nature setting right beside the rail trail and lots of beautiful rivers and lakes near by. This unique cabin has a sink with running water, a fridge, micro wave and a coffee bar with a coffee machine where you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on a barstool. A very comfortable couch is pulled out into a double bed. There is a picnic table on the porch. This cabin comes with its own outhouse for your safety.

The "Outhouse"

We are a quarter of a mile from downtown Bonners Ferry, meaning walking distance to Breakfast, lunch, dinner, casino, beautiful views and friendly people! We are 45 minutes to the village of Schweitzer and a great stopping point before Canada. Super clean and love to share our hand crafted tiny guest home! The Outhouse is located on property. We as hosts are next door in the main house, so if you need anything we are avilable! We happily accommodate late listings and last minute bookings.

Creston also offers tours of the Kokanee Brewery and local vineyards during the summer. We are 20 min from Kootenay lake. The West Creston Wetlands Conservation Area is at the bottom of the hill. By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed. Have a romantic getaway, or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.

Mill Street Studio

This lovely little stand-alone studio is cozy and close to everything. Located in a fun and quiet part of downtown Nelson, it’s the perfect place for active visitors! The Studio is a few blocks from Oso Negro Coffee Shop, Nelson Brewing Company & taproom, historic Baker Street and a Whitewater Ski Area shuttle stop. There is a convenient off street parking space right next to the accommodation. Coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment.

Our guest suite has a modern rustic feel & can accommodate 3 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom & a separate room with a microwave, hotplate, breakfast sandwich maker, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and a rustic wine barrel dining table. The cupboards are stocked with local tea and coffee, with cream in the fridge and snack. There is a bbq for guests use also

Welcome to our restful and rustic little one-room Kootenay cabin in the woods. Backing onto the Skimmerhorn mountain range, you have close up views of the rock face and are within minutes from a network of hiking trails. Nestled in a cedar forest, the cabin offers quiet, simple tranquility with your own private front porch, fire pit, and a clean rustic outhouse.

A SMALL YURT TUCKED IN THE WOODS

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
