This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Our renovated suite at the foot of Deering Highlands is a 10 minute drive to downtown Portland. A cozy, quiet, modern space with a maritime edge. A short walk to Woodford’s corner and Forest Ave - home to many restaurants & coffee shops. The space includes a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub. Ideal for singles, couples or couples with one or two small children. A maximum of three adults can be accommodated. The hot tub is available all year. The pool is open early June to late September.

This newly renovated, gorgeous, spacious suite, located on the 3rd floor of our 1865 mansion, is just 10 mins to downtown and the airport. The suite includes a newly renovated spa bathroom with rain shower and radiant floor heating; W/D; lounge and kitchenette w/ work table; and a huge bedroom. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
