At times, it can get a little slick.

The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

The Maple Cottage is located in the Historic Mississippi district of Portland. It offers a full kitchen, bedroom and generous dining room table that doubles as a work area. Just outside, is a small patio great for enjoying the garden. Restaurants and pubs are just a step away. Let's not forget Blue Star donuts! Downtown Portland is just a short distance and our city is widely known for it's excellent transit system. Bikes are available for rent just a few blocks away. Welcome to our home!

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Perfect for couples and longer stays.

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. A mini house in the Rose City Park neighborhood of the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).

Charming tiny house located perfectly between Mississippi, Alberta, and Williams neighborhoods. Enjoy this cozy guesthouse which features work from local designers and is also showcased in Little House In The City. Tiny Humboldt has also been featured in The New York Times.
