My home is a 5 min walk from the New Forest and a short cycle ride to Lepe Beach which is located at the end of my road. It's also a short drive from Calshot Activity Centre. My home would suit couples, solo adventurers, families (2 rooms are available) and anyone working in the area. My house is a 4 bedroom detached property. I'm told it's a very welcoming comfortable cosy home. There are two double rooms available, both finished to a high standard. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Forest and the Sea. Lymington, Brockenhurst & Lyndhurst are just a 20 minute drive and Beaulieu & Exbury are 5 mins down the road. I provide a continental breakfast which is included. I am happy to provide a cooked breakfast at an additional cost or an evening meal if required and advance notice is given. Check in time is flexible, please contact me in advance to arrange this.

The Flint House is in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the South Downs. Guests have their own front door, twin beds, en suite private bathroom and a wonderful breakfast serving locally sourced food in our farmhouse kitchen. We are very close to Goodwood, Chichester with The Festival Theatre, West Dean Gardens, the Weald and Downland Museum where the Repair Shop is filmed, Farbridge Barns and only 25 minutes from the coast. Tea and coffee and homemade cakes are supplied.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Hi I’m Debbie , on site host, Babylon is situated in Northend Portsmouth , this is a very large room with work station, 1 minute walk to bus routes , bars, eatery’s, cash points , local shopping strip , We are only a short bus ride to gunwharf quays, and our stunning seafront . A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester. Guests have a private sitting/dining room and a private bathroom ( not ensuite) This is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30

The house is bright, clean and stylish with a welcoming feel located near to Langstone Harbour and well served with busses to the city centre and sea front. The kitchen and lounge are available for you to use and the bathroom has a lovely shower and bath. The room includes a double bed, bedside drawer and chest of drawers. The garden is patio and accessible for guests.
