Breathtaking views of the South Downs from the accommodation make this a stunning setting, with plenty of gorgeous woodland walks close by, as well as links to the South Downs Way and several lovely local pubs nearby. New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!
