Dnevna soba se odpira na prostorno zunanjo površino vile s skupno površino 400 m², kjer se nahajajo bazen, parkirišče, pokrite terase, bivalni prostor za sprostitev in paviljon z ležalniki. Bazen s skupno površino 45 m² je ogrevan. Klimatska naprava se nahaja v dnevni sobi, medtem ko so spalnice opremljene z vgrajenimi stropnimi ventilatorji in televizorji.
