Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und im Wohnzimmer bietet die große Panoramaglasfront die Möglichkeit,das Meer und die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten.

Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

E' composto da armadio a ponte con due letti, angolo cottura e pranzo, bagno e terrazzo. è provvisto di climatizzatore, TV satellitare, WiFi e parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. La cucina è fornita di piano cottura, frigorifero, pentolame, piatti e posate. Bagno con doccia. Terrazzo coperto con tavolo e sedie per pranzare all'aria aperta e due poltrone.
