Our tents are well spaced in a 2 acre field so peace is guaranteed. Dogs are welcome! Located on a working family farm there are footpaths connecting you to many gorgeous walks, and the black mountains only a short drive away. We are also only 20 minutes drive from Hay-on-Wye and 35 minutes from the city of Hereford for days out.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. We offer 2 bell tents - a 2 person and a larger one set up on a newly built decking arrangement. They are situated at the top of an ancient wood by a spring fed pond. Access is via the ancient drovers’ path up to the common from our farm where you will leave your car. In addition there is a composting loo (not for the faint hearted) and a heated shower. There is a fire pit for you to sit around in the evening and cook over.

Perfectly proportioned to provide a luxurious bedroom compartment and a covered seating area, allowing you to make the most of the stunning views of the Banwy valley and then snuggling up in a comfy king sized bed.The safari tents are off grid, but there are hot showers, flushing toilets, shared kitchen area with microwave, fridge, kettle and sink a short distance away, in the newly built convenience block.

Sweeney Farm Glamping - Mountain Lodge

Sweeney Farm Glamping consists of 2 large, luxury safari tents (Mountain Lodge and Pump House Lodge) on a working organic dairy farm in Shropshire. Each safari tent sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms ( a double, a twin and bunk bed), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with log burner and a large outside seating area. The safari tents are identical and can be booked separately (for groups of 6 people or less) or together for groups of up to 12 people.

The Bell Tent- near Hay-on-Wye

Tyallt is a small holding with a mix of oak woodland and pasture with views of Black Mountains and only 3miles from Hay on Wye. The cozy tent with woodburner is in base of woods, with its own covered cooking area with gas hob, cool box and seating area. There is a compost toilet and washing up facilities close by and a shared shower in the yard near parking area. Ideal for a peaceful stay in nature with great walking opportunities on the dooorstep

Luxury Bell Tent camping on a Welsh Hill Farm

Our Bell Tent sits in a secluded corner away from the main farm buildings within its own fenced enclosure. You have your own access and can come and go as you please. The Bell Tent has a double bed, blanket box, two chairs and a coffee table. The double bed has a wool baavet and 100% cotton linen. An additional single folding bed can be added on request. The bell tent is also set up with electric lighting and a spare electrical point for guest use.
