La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Casa Vetus is one of the most historic medieval buildings in Tivoli, dating back to the 13th century. Renovated inside maintaining those ancient and characteristic features such as the wooden ceilings and the Gothic arches and with its simple style, make it a welcoming and charming residence in the heart of the historic center of Tivoli. Hi, This is a house in the small rural village of my mother ancestors. It can get crowded with kids of returning residents on August. Exception for Augusts is more likely you'll only meet yews, foxes, porcupines, wild pigs, badgers, deer and some species of birds. Bears and wolves are autochtonous but really rare to meet. Activities spans only around nature. Mountain bike, Trekking (Several CAI paths cross the village), heremitage, wild-life sighting, work or romantic escapes.
