Le Gîte du Domaine d’Aiguevive / Périgord Noir

Maison de standing (150m2) située au cœur du Domaine d’Aiguevive, dans le triangle d’Or du Périgord Noir. Bordant la noyeraie Bio et ouvrant sur le parc à l’italienne du Domaine, cette maison restaurée en 2022 offre une qualité de vie exceptionnelle. La terrasse ombragée bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la Bastide de Domme et le Manoir. Un bassin naturel de nage (50m/20m/3m) et une piscine (12/5m) et un Ping Pong, complètent la location. Un lieu de bien-être et d’art-de-vivre à la Française.

L'Annexe est un espace luxueux à partager à deux. Pour votre plaisir et relaxation, vous bénéficierez d'une terrasse couverte avec un salon de jardin, ainsi que d'une terrasse ensoleillée avec set bistro. Une place de parking est à votre disposition directement à côté de l'entrée. Situé au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy, dans le sud-ouest de la France, notre petit trésor est idéalement placé pour aller à la découverte des plus beau sites du Lot. L'ancien Four à pain + SPA

L'ancien Four à pain situé en plein vignoble à été rénové cette année. Tout à été réfléchi pour passer un agréable moment. Si vous êtes de passage dans notre jolie région vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire. Avec en prime le SPA (de Mai à Septembre) pour un moment de détente après votre journée de visite dans notre région Vous pourrez faire du canoë, déguster des bons vins, visiter des châteaux, aller au gouffre du padirac ou tout simplement faire des belles balades en plein vignoble.

Coucou Cottage, cute holiday home + private pool

Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

With the Nauze River Valley view from the bedroom, it is ideal for a couple travelling together for a romantic escape. The stylish loft has a 2-seater sofa-bed plus Netflix and Orange TV, and the combined kitchen / dining offers modern appliances. Relax with an aperitif in the rear courtyard. The beautiful Dordogne valley is a treasure trove of amazing sights, historic castles and caves. You’ll love it.

Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Élégant et authentique Gîte très spacieux, climatisé avec deux chambres à l’étage. Poêle à bois dans séjour, et chauffage central. Escalier majestueux avec ses murs de tableaux comme un musée Anglais. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle des bains et WC séparé. WC également au Rez de Chaussée. Magnifique décoration comprenant vitraux et mobilier de qualité. Belle cuisine avec grande cuisinière et frigo américain. Piscine chauffée et domaine de 35 HA pour ballades.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
