Home has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, & 4 piece bath. Central heat and ac. Smoking allowed outside. Some pets allowed contact host for approval. Large front yard with fire pit , patio, deck & propane BBQ. 1000 lb Jetski lift can be booked. Backyard has car & boat parking and could accommodate a RV/camper for an additional daily charge.

The Milette House, in the center of Preeceville ½ block off Main Street, provides the finest accommodations in the Region for up to 4 Adult Guests … and healthiest thanks to a $250,000 re-build that transformed it into a NEW Home. Rental options are weekdays, 4 nights Monday through Thursday, weekends 3 nights Friday through Sunday, or weekly 7 nights. We provide full “hotel style” cleaning services after each stay, and for longer stays Guests are provided with weekly cleaning services.
