Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh.
