Stanovanje se nahaja v pritličju večstanovanjske hiše v mirnem delu Premanture. Smo blizu Kampa Stupice, kjer najdete otroško igrišče ali si sposodite kajak, čoln, itd. Center mesta je 10 minut peš, kjer si lahko privoščite sprehod, sladoled ali romantično večerjo.
