Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Prijetno udobno stanovanje z vsem, kar potrebujemo na dopustu. Plaža je blizu, le 3 minute hoje. Na Kamenjak s sanjskimi plažami in naravo, pohodniškimi in kolesarskimi potmi, se lahko opravite peš ali s kolesom, saj je zelo blizu. Stanovanje se nahaja v pritličju večstanovanjske hiše v mirnem delu Premanture. Smo blizu Kampa Stupice, kjer najdete otroško igrišče ali si sposodite kajak, čoln, itd. Center mesta je 10 minut peš, kjer si lahko privoščite sprehod, sladoled ali romantično večerjo.

The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue.The little kitchen has an electric stove&oven, dishwasher, freezer & fridge,dining space, living room and bathroom and all are on ground floor (50 m2). 3 bedrooms are on the top floor one 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Das Apartment ist Teil des Kuća Penja, einem Ferienhaus mit künstlerischem Flair. Weitere Apartments und ein Wintergarten (Gruppenraum) mit Bad und Waschmaschine sind zubuchbar. Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.
