House Nikol

House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Kuća Penja, Großes Apartment

Das Apartment ist Teil des Kuća Penja, einem Ferienhaus mit künstlerischem Flair. Weitere Apartments und ein Wintergarten (Gruppenraum) mit Bad und Waschmaschine sind zubuchbar. Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.
