This unit is a stand alone addition to the old 1820 Duldraeggan Heritage home. The unit has a Cottage/Chalet feel to it, with it's beautiful stone wall and cathedral ceiling, Equip with a kitchenette, fire place and interior jaccuzy. It is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or if you are on business but want to feel on vaccation. As soon as you drive up the lane of this private estate, you will feel peaceful. You have your own space and have no interaction with owner.

Private Suite, Hotub, self check-in

Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

The Bayview "Sweet"

This "Sweet" waterfront property is a scenic 1 hr drive from Montreal or Ottawa. A cottage like setting without the travel. Enjoy this country style location with shopping nearby for convenient relaxation. Listen to the waves by the waters edge, sit by a crackling bonfire or dine outside on the BBQ. This Upper Canada home was built in 1828 by the Campbell family and sits upon the unceded, traditional Algonquin territory of the Anishinaabe people, as well as the traditional Mohawk territory of the Haudenosaunee people.
