Welcome to our Downtown Bungalow! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy home is perfect for any visit to Prescott & the surrounding area. Within 1 mile (walking distance) of the Courthouse Plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Sprouts & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to guests, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, while you enjoy our lovely town. Orchard Vacation Home

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping.
