Very close to Downtown restaurants/bars/shops! Also close to hiking trails & Lakes Well behaved Dogs are welcome. PRIVATE bottom level duplex (Self check-in). 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen sized pull-out couch, and 1 couch. 10 minutes from downtown Prescott. Full kitchen, bathroom, pool, deck, grill, office, bar, etc. The views are great and the neighborhood is very safe! Please note no children under 13 years old allowed due to safety concerns with the indoor pool. Regrettably, anyone bringing a child under 13 years old will be asked to leave.
