Al piano inferiore, luminoso e arieggiato, ci sono le 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con accesso a cortili interni privati, e il secondo bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno l'ampio patio con vista mare coperto da gazebo in legno e dotato di tavolo, sedie, lettini, barbecue e doccia esterna.
