During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset take advantage of the strategic position of Casaisoladelba and dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro or Campo which are about 10 minutes away by car. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restaurants.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island.We prefere rent for a week, from saturday.to families or couples over 25.

Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco, Sottobomba e a pochi km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
