Space is private lower level of home, with private entrance. Outdoor space is shared. There may or may not be guests in the upper unit.

At 1,650 square feet, it’s not too big and not too small. We have 10 feet of private lake access on The Great Sacandaga lake with a dock! 3 Kayaks are provided for guest use during the summer months. Cozy up around the firepit by the house at the end of each day!
