Sestavljen je iz dvoposteljne spalnice, kopalnice, kuhinje-dnevne sobe s stekleno steno in raztegljivim kavčem ter zasebne terase. Idealno za 3-4 osebe. Zasebno parkirišče, bazen z ležalniki in senčniki, žar, lesena veranda, prostori za sprostitev s kavči in visečimi mrežami ter osel (Caterina).

Poleg tega lahko v 10 minutah pridete do središča Velletrija, kjer lahko obiščete katedralo San Clemente, škofijski muzej, državljanski muzej in stolp Trivium.
