Situata a 2,5 km dal borgo di Grazzano Visconti, la residenza è collocata nella zona centrale del paese, a due passi dal centro sportivo attrezzato con piscina, campi da tennis e paddle. Di fronte alla proprietà è presente la fermata bus per raggiungere la città o le valli piacentine. La villa, con ingresso indipendente, è completamente recintata e dotata di terrazza e balcone, giardino su tre lati e doppio garage che accoglie tre automobili. Ideale per lunghi soggiorno e/o gruppi numerosi.

la casa risale al 1871 è in sasso ed ha i muri interni molto spessi che consentono di rimanere sempre fresca durante tutta l'estate. la cucina apre direttamente sulla corte esterna dove abbiamo un grande tavolo con vicino un barbeque di muratura. Il giardino si trova nella parte anteriore della casa c'è anche un gazebo con divanetti. La piscina è recintata ed è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti della casa. La casa è confinante con una casetta gialla di mia proprietà non abitata

Gli ampi spazi interni, curati nei dettagli e completi di ogni comfort, vi faranno sentire “a casa lontano da casa”. Nei grandi spazi esterni potrete rilassarvi leggendo sull’amaca, organizzare un BBQ o rinfrescarvi nella splendida piscina (aperta dal 30/04 a 30/09). Vi attendiamo per un’esperienza di completo relax immersi nella natura.

Poolside guesthouse featuring a kitchen/living area and a bathroom with shower. Furnished veranda with awning, equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and wood-fired oven.

Magnificent country farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Rooms can be booked individually, subject to availability, or the entire farmhouse can be reserved for a total of 14 beds. A fantastic location also for weddings, photo shoots, or themed workshops. Upon request, we also offer the possibility of organizing traditional dinners prepared and served by our staff. The swimming pool, soccer field, trampoline, and excursions make this place a true paradise.

This private retreat overlooks the valley of Monte Molinatico from an idyllic location in the village of Baselica conveniently located at the intersection of the regions of Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna. Its expansive grounds are surrounded by beautifully thick forest teeming with wildlife and offering stunning views over the mountains.

Charme, swimming pool & comfort

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Cianica di Pietra, cosy country house

This large and beautifully furnished stone house has been renovated with care and attention to tradition, offering an experience that incorporates all modern living comforts within a traditional setting. Normally, the house is available for up to 6 people. For larger groups, up to 10 people, there is also the option of booking the apartment on the third floor. See below for more details.
