The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. L' appartamento dispone di due camere da letto ampie e luminose per un soggiorno rigenerante,una spaziosa sala per rilassarsi e una splendida terrazza dove gustare una colazione all'aperto o un calice di vino al tramonto. A due passi da piazze,ristoranti,monumenti e comodamente vicino alla stazione e fermate bus è l'ideale per esplorare la città a piedi e partire alla scoperta delle città toscane.

Alloggio indipendente, ampia zona living/cucina attrezzata, camera e bagno con doccia. Al piano terra della casa dove vivo con la mia famiglia, nel verde della campagna toscana fra vigne e ulivi, alle pendici degli appennini, in posizione strategica per chi in auto, vuole scoprire la bella Toscana e soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo a cinque minuti dal centro cittadino, ma lontano dai rumori della città, perché qui regna la quiete tipica di questo luogo. Parcheggio riservato altezza max 190cm.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

Delizioso bilocale, in un vicolo del centro storico medioevale di Pistoia chiuso alle auto (ZTL).In una zona popolare, è in un piccolo condominio (ex convento di clausura), al secondo piano (no ascensore), vicino a P. Duomo e P della Sala. In zona defilata,caldo e confortevole, in stile vintage. Ideale per vivere la città e la Toscana.A 50 metri si trova a pagamento il Parcheggio Misericordia ; più distante gratuito il P. Cellini. La stazione ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi .

La Casina dei Leonberger

Il nostro alloggio è sulla tranquilla montagna pistoiese uno degli ultimi luoghi in cui domina il verde, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, dove il silenzio viene infranto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e il suono delle campane. Il territorio offre molte possibilità a tutti coloro che sentono la necessità di passare un po' di tempo a contatto con la magnificenza di Madre Natura. Se vuoi visitare le più belle città e zone caratteristiche della Toscana le puoi raggiungere in 1/3ore di auto

Casale Il Bramito

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena! È normale incontrare insetti e altri animali tipici della campagna. Se sei allergico a qualche insetto o hai paura di loro, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te. 6 km da centro Pistoia

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
