The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. Porzione di casa Colonica immersa nel verde della campagna esposta al fresco delle montagne dell'Appennino Toscano.Gli uliveti, i giardini ed i vigneti le fanno da cornice. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della città e in 20/40 minuti le città più belle della Toscana.(Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, le spiagge amene della Versilia e le cime delle montagne pistoiesi).Inoltre Tenuta Verde distante 5 minuti dall'Autostrada consente di visitare altre mete storiche.

Alloggio indipendente, ampia zona living/cucina attrezzata, camera e bagno con doccia. Al piano terra della casa dove vivo con la mia famiglia, nel verde della campagna toscana fra vigne e ulivi, alle pendici degli appennini, in posizione strategica per chi in auto, vuole scoprire la bella Toscana e soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo a cinque minuti dal centro cittadino, ma lontano dai rumori della città, perché qui regna la quiete tipica di questo luogo. Parcheggio riservato altezza max 190cm.

Casa per 2/3 persone in agriturismo Fonteregia

La casa è situata all'interno dell'Agriturismo Fonteregia, un casolare di campagna appena ristrutturato. Circondata da uliveti e boschi è il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi a contatto con la natura. A breve distanza dall'agriturismo, raggiungibile con una passeggiata trekking, Montecatini Alto, paese medievale dall'antico fascino. A circa 10 minuti di auto le terme di Montecatini e Monsummano. La posizione è inoltre strategica per visitare le principali città toscane: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Il nostro alloggio è sulla tranquilla montagna pistoiese uno degli ultimi luoghi in cui domina il verde, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, dove il silenzio viene infranto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e il suono delle campane. Il territorio offre molte possibilità a tutti coloro che sentono la necessità di passare un po' di tempo a contatto con la magnificenza di Madre Natura.
