kladi new house is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά ξεχωριστή καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά και ταυτόχρονα μακριά απ'τους πολλούς.Για λιγους....

The appartement is only 150 m away from the Psakoudia-Beach and surrounded by different shopping stores, beach bars, restaurants, etc...Everything you need for your perfect beach adventure! The next airport is in Thessaloniki with a distance of 73 km and close to the city centre. You can reach the appartment easily by car.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

Dimitra's House

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
