Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Doživite slovensko Istro v več kot 120 let stari kamniti hiši, ki je bila pred kratkim renovirana. Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v majhni vasici na hribu blizu Kopra, in je obdana s čudovito naravo, dih jemajočimi razgledi, vinogradi in oljčnimi nasadi. Kljub temu da je bila hiša prenovljena, smo želeli ohraniti izvirni istrski slog. Casa del nonno je zagotovo idealen kraj za tiste, ki si želijo odmakniti od mestnega vrveža ter si želijo sproščenega in udobnega bivanja v sožitju z naravo.

Hot summer days will be a pleasure while enjoying a large rounded pool with a waterfall. With more than 300m2 the villa is seamlessly unified with nature on estate of 2500m2. Old oak trees surround the estate creating a small private forest and natural shades. In spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchen you can fully enjoy the luxury of the villa.

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
