This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.

This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
