Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

** There are no additional lodging or resort fees when you check in. Located in the Las Palmas Resort, enjoy beautiful views from your oversized balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views as well. Condo is set up great for families with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with their own patio entrance. There is a new sofa bed in the living room with an additional cot available. Please note, resort policy requires one booking guest to be at least 21 years of age.
