Punat living - studio with a pool

This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

This 4* apartment, located on the third floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Apartment also includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can relax at the outdoor pool which is shared with other apartments and enjoy the sea view from your balcony. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
