A self-contained Suite, adjoined to our newly built home on our 4th generation farm, with your own entrance. Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Get away from the hustle and bustle at the tranquil Tram Track Retreat nestled in the heart of the Catlins, one of the most scenic areas of New Zealand. Stroll in native bush along the old tram-tracks or along the beaches around Papatowai. Or find the old tram tracks in the native bush behind the cabin which lead towards the town. Complete with views of the native forest and farm animals; you'll be able to relax and unwind with a glass of wine or a good book in the private court yard.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. Breakfast included, consists of freshly homemade bread, a selection of spreads, muesli, fruit, yogurt and hot drinks.

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.
