Welcome to Brimstone Condos at Purgatory, one of the best all-season resorts in Colorado! Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

Just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort! Two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!) Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can load up your mountain bike on the main quad lift.
