Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

We are positioned in Albany on a beautifully set wetland surrounding. It's a calm country feel, quiet and serene. This contemporary appointed apartment will sooth the weary traveller. Centrally located in Hillcrest and close to the N3 freeway. •Quiet hours from 10pm onwards. •No visitors allowed. •Strictly no smoking in apartment or open flames. •Room serviced at end of stay only, unless on special request at an additional minimul fee. Seaside Heaven offers a modern well equipped kitchen, 1 x sea facing king bed, outdoor braai area and is a short walk to the heart of Umdloti ! The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
