Composto da una struttura portante in muratura e un concasso in legno risalente al 1773 proveniente dalla Val Quarazza che si trova a soli 20 minuti dall'abitazione. Si tratta di una baita esclusiva, indipendente, con giardino privato, area barbecue, parco giochi , riscaldamento autonomo a compensazione dì CO2 e camino a pellet canalizzato in ogni camera.

Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos. Frühstück auf Wunsch erhältlich.
